Ryan Dugan

Founder & CEO

Ryan Dugan is the founder and CEO of Dugan Underground Corp. He has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and has successfully completed numerous projects across California. After graduating with degree in Construction Management from Cal Poly, SLO, Ryan worked on various heavy civil construction projects including the 101 freeway in Santa Barbara and SOFI Stadium, before starting Dugan Underground Corporation.
